Meet Us

Alex Ochoa, LCSW

She/Her • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Alex (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with clients of all ages, in both English and Spanish. She holds a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's in Spanish, with a minor in Social Work, from Coker University.

Over the years, she's worked in a variety of settings, including community programs, schools, and outpatient and residential facilities, which has given her a broad understanding of what people can face at different stages of life.

Alex believes that no one's story fits in a box. She takes a holistic approach, getting to know the whole person: their home, work, or school life, their past experiences, and the support they already have around them. Her goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you move toward healing.
